After submitting a repair request form, we’ll send full shipping instructions, including the correct address and documentation needed.

Shipping typically takes 1-4 weeks depending on your location and the service level selected. Stock items usually ship within 48 hours of payment. Please note that external factors like customs or carrier delays may affect final delivery time.
All new parts come with a 12-month return-to-base warranty, reconditioned and used parts have a 3-month return-to-base warranty. If your item fails within the first 14 days, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping. After 14 days, our standard warranty applies.
