All new parts come with a 12-month return-to-base warranty, reconditioned and used parts have a 3-month return-to-base warranty. If your item fails within the first 14 days, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping. After 14 days, our standard warranty applies.

Yes! We’re always looking for surplus or decommissioned automation hardware from businesses. If your company is upgrading or clearing out equipment, we may be able to refurbish and reuse those parts, turning potential waste into valuable, working components. Get in touch today to discuss options.

If the product is out of stock but expected soon, we’ll hold your order and ship it once available. If it’s discontinued and no alternative is available, we’ll issue a full refund.

We offer worldwide express delivery on all our products because we understand how costly and disruptive a breakdown can be. For urgent or time-critical deliveries, including Saturday options, please contact our customer service team.

Bank Transfer – To pay for your purchase using Bank/Wire Transfer, simply instruct your bank to send the full amount as shown on our Quotation or Invoice. Please ensure you send your Quotation or Invoice number with your payment. Depending on the card type and the transaction’s value, there may be an additional charge for paying by credit card.
