If we can’t repair your faulty automation equipment, you will only be cahsered a small feee for the assement, no repair fees will apply.
If your return is approved and a replacement is not available, we’ll issue a refund for the full amount you paid, including shipping. Refunds are processed promptly after we receive and inspect the returned item.
All new parts come with a 12-month return-to-base warranty, reconditioned and used parts have a 3-month return-to-base warranty. If your item fails within the first 14 days, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping. After 14 days, our standard warranty applies.
We ship via trusted partners like FedEx and DHL. Shipping options vary by country and are detailed in your quotation. Due to operational or logistical requirements, we may occasionally use alternative carriers. Check out more shipping information here.
