So, if you have any problems within the specified warranty period from the date of delivery, please contact our sales team who will be happy to help and explain what you need to do next. We guarantee items are in working condition unless stated otherwise.
If an item is beyond repair we assess whether it can be safely disassembled and recycled. In some cases, we use recovered components for future refurbishments to further prevent waste and conserve resources.
Repair times depend on the fault and parts availability, but we aim for a fast turnaround. If a repair takes too long, we’ll offer a replacement or refund. For exact time frames, please contact us directly.
