If your item fails during the warranty period, you’ll need to send it back to us. We’ll repair or replace it, then return it to you at no extra cost.

Please ensure you send your Quotation or Invoice number with your payment. Credit or debit card payments – We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Depending on the card type and the transaction’s value, there may be an additional charge for paying by credit card. Currency – We can accept payments in most major currencies, but we prefer payments in NZ, AU, or US Dollars (NZD, AUD, or USD). Shipping typically takes 1-4 weeks depending on your location and the service level selected. Stock items usually ship within 48 hours of payment. Please note that external factors like customs or carrier delays may affect final delivery time.
