All new parts come with a 12-month return-to-base warranty, reconditioned and used parts have a 3-month return-to-base warranty. If your item fails within the first 14 days, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping. After 14 days, our standard warranty applies.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, it could be due to stock delays, shipping issues, or payment problems. Please contact our team so we can investigate and update you.

If your return is approved and a replacement is not available, we’ll issue a refund for the full amount you paid, including shipping. Refunds are processed promptly after we receive and inspect the returned item.
