Because we understand how costly and disruptive a breakdown can be, we offer worldwide express delivery on all our products. However, we are unable to provide exact delivery time frames due to external factors such as carrier demand. For further information regarding urgent orders, contact our customer service team.
We offer a full 12 months return to base warranty on all new parts and a 3 months return base warranty in all reconditioned parts. So if you have any problems within the specified warranty period from the date of delivery then please contact our Customer Relationship Team who will be happy to help and explain what you need to do next.
Bank Transfer – To pay for your purchase using Bank/Wire Transfer simply instruct your bank to send the full amount as shown on our Quotation or Invoice. Please ensure you send your Quotation or Invoice number with your payment.
Credit or debit card payments – We accept most of the major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. There may be an additional charge for paying by credit card depending on the card type and value of the transaction.
