As our parts are available in different condition – new, reconditioned, or used – the item you receive may differ from stock images. To avoid confusion, we don’t display generic product photos online. However, we’re happy to send specific images upon request.

Yes, any customs charges or local taxes are your responsibility. We do not cover or manage these costs.

If your item fails during the warranty period, you’ll need to send it back to us. We’ll repair or replace it, then return it to you at no extra cost.

Bank Transfer – To pay for your purchase using Bank/Wire Transfer, simply instruct your bank to send the full amount as shown on our Quotation or Invoice. Please ensure you send your Quotation or Invoice number with your payment.
