All new parts come with a 12-month return-to-base warranty, reconditioned and used parts have a 3-month return-to-base warranty. If your item fails within the first 14 days, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping. After 14 days, our standard warranty applies.

Yes. We offer a full 12 months return-to-base warranty on all new parts and a 3 months return-to-base warranty on all reconditioned and used parts. So, if you have any problems within the specified warranty period from the date of delivery, please contact our sales team who will be happy to help and explain what you need to do next. We guarantee items are in working condition unless stated otherwise.

Bank Transfer – To pay for your purchase using Bank/Wire Transfer, simply instruct your bank to send the full amount as shown on our Quotation or Invoice. Please ensure you send your Quotation or Invoice number with your payment. Credit or debit card payments – We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Depending on the card type and the transaction’s value, there may be an additional charge for paying by credit card.
