All new parts come with a 12-month return-to-base warranty, reconditioned and used parts have a 3-month return-to-base warranty. If your item fails within the first 14 days, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping. After 14 days, our standard warranty applies.

After submitting a repair request form, we’ll send full shipping instructions, including the correct address and documentation needed.
Yes, you can. If you’d prefer to use your own carrier, please contact our sales team and provide your account details and required service level. A packing and handling fee may apply. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit when using your own shipping provider.
