Bank Transfer – To pay for your purchase using Bank/Wire Transfer, simply instruct your bank to send the full amount as shown on our Quotation or Invoice. Please ensure you send your Quotation or Invoice number with your payment. Depending on the card type and the transaction’s value, there may be an additional charge for paying by credit card. Currency – We can accept payments in most major currencies, but we prefer payments in NZ, AU, or US Dollars (NZD, AUD, or USD). Payments made in other currencies may be subject to additional charges.

We offer worldwide express delivery on all our products because we understand how costly and disruptive a breakdown can be. For urgent or time-critical deliveries, including Saturday options, please contact our customer service team.

If your item fails during the warranty period, you’ll need to send it back to us. We’ll repair or replace it, then return it to you at no extra cost.
