Currency – We can accept payments in most major currencies, but we prefer payments in NZ, AU, or US Dollars (NZD, AUD, or USD). Yes. We offer a full 12 months return-to-base warranty on all new parts and a 3 months return-to-base warranty on all reconditioned and used parts. So, if you have any problems within the specified warranty period from the date of delivery, please contact our sales team who will be happy to help and explain what you need to do next. We guarantee items are in working condition unless stated otherwise.

If the product is out of stock but expected soon, we’ll hold your order and ship it once available. If it’s discontinued and no alternative is available, we’ll issue a full refund.
