Please ensure you send your Quotation or Invoice number with your payment. Credit or debit card payments – We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Depending on the card type and the transaction’s value, there may be an additional charge for paying by credit card. Paypal – To pay by PayPal, please make payment to the following email address: accounts@mizenautomation.com, a 5% charge will apply. Currency – We can accept payments in most major currencies, but we prefer payments in NZ, AU, or US Dollars (NZD, AUD, or USD). Payments made in other currencies may be subject to additional charges.

We offer worldwide express delivery on all our products because we understand how costly and disruptive a breakdown can be. For urgent or time-critical deliveries, including Saturday options, please contact our customer service team.

Yes. We offer a full 12 months return-to-base warranty on all new parts and a 3 months return-to-base warranty on all reconditioned and used parts. So, if you have any problems within the specified warranty period from the date of delivery, please contact our sales team who will be happy to help and explain what you need to do next. We guarantee items are in working condition unless stated otherwise.

All new parts come with a 12-month return-to-base warranty, reconditioned and used parts have a 3-month return-to-base warranty. If your item fails within the first 14 days, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping. After 14 days, our standard warranty applies.
