All items are securely packed to meet international shipping standards. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse using trusted logistics services like FedEx, DHL, or other approved carriers.

Orders can be changed or cancelled before shipment. Please contact our sales team as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, our standard returns policy will apply.

All new parts come with a 12-month return-to-base warranty, reconditioned and used parts have a 3-month return-to-base warranty. If your item fails within the first 14 days, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping. After 14 days, our standard warranty applies.

Reconditioned parts offer significant cost savings, are fully tested for functionality and come with a warranty. They’re ideal when new parts are unavailable or when keeping costs low is a priority. Not sure if a reconditioned part is right for you? Contact our team for advice.
