You can track your shipment using the tracking number in your Shipment Notification email. For any updates or issues, please contact our support team.
If we can’t repair your faulty automation equipment, you will only be cahsered a small feee for the assement, no repair fees will apply.
If your return is approved and a replacement is not available, we’ll issue a refund for the full amount you paid, including shipping. Refunds are processed promptly after we receive and inspect the returned item.
