Paypal – To pay by PayPal, please make payment to the following email address: accounts@mizenautomation.com, a 5% charge will apply. Currency – We can accept payments in most major currencies, but we prefer payments in NZ, AU, or US Dollars (NZD, AUD, or USD). Payments made in other currencies may be subject to additional charges.
As our parts are available in different condition – new, reconditioned, or used – the item you receive may differ from stock images. To avoid confusion, we don’t display generic product photos online. However, we’re happy to send specific images upon request.
If the product is out of stock but expected soon, we’ll hold your order and ship it once available. If it’s discontinued and no alternative is available, we’ll issue a full refund.
If your return is approved and a replacement is not available, we’ll issue a refund for the full amount you paid, including shipping. Refunds are processed promptly after we receive and inspect the returned item.
