If the product is out of stock but expected soon, we’ll hold your order and ship it once available. If it’s discontinued and no alternative is available, we’ll issue a full refund.

If your return is approved and a replacement is not available, we’ll issue a refund for the full amount you paid, including shipping. Refunds are processed promptly after we receive and inspect the returned item.

All items are securely packed to meet international shipping standards. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse using trusted logistics services like FedEx, DHL, or other approved carriers.

After submitting a repair request form, we’ll send full shipping instructions, including the correct address and documentation needed.

Bank Transfer – To pay for your purchase using Bank/Wire Transfer, simply instruct your bank to send the full amount as shown on our Quotation or Invoice. Please ensure you send your Quotation or Invoice number with your payment. Depending on the card type and the transaction’s value, there may be an additional charge for paying by credit card. Paypal – To pay by PayPal, please make payment to the following email address: accounts@mizenautomation.com, a 5% charge will apply. Currency – We can accept payments in most major currencies, but we prefer payments in NZ, AU, or US Dollars (NZD, AUD, or USD). Payments made in other currencies may be subject to additional charges.
