Depending on the card type and the transaction’s value, there may be an additional charge for paying by credit card. Currency – We can accept payments in most major currencies, but we prefer payments in NZ, AU, or US Dollars (NZD, AUD, or USD). All new parts come with a 12-month return-to-base warranty, reconditioned and used parts have a 3-month return-to-base warranty. If your item fails within the first 14 days, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping. After 14 days, our standard warranty applies.

Absolutely. After your order ships, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier’s name and a tracking link. You can follow your order status directly or contact us for help.

Yes, you can. If you’d prefer to use your own carrier, please contact our sales team and provide your account details and required service level. A packing and handling fee may apply. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit when using your own shipping provider.
