All new parts come with a 12-month return-to-base warranty, reconditioned and used parts have a 3-month return-to-base warranty. If your item fails within the first 14 days, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping. After 14 days, our standard warranty applies.
If an item is beyond repair we assess whether it can be safely disassembled and recycled. In some cases, we use recovered components for future refurbishments to further prevent waste and conserve resources.

Yes, you can. If you’d prefer to use your own carrier, please contact our sales team and provide your account details and required service level. A packing and handling fee may apply.
