If an item is beyond repair we assess whether it can be safely disassembled and recycled. In some cases, we use recovered components for future refurbishments to further prevent waste and conserve resources.

Bank Transfer – To pay for your purchase using Bank/Wire Transfer, simply instruct your bank to send the full amount as shown on our Quotation or Invoice. Please ensure you send your Quotation or Invoice number with your payment. Credit or debit card payments – We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Depending on the card type and the transaction’s value, there may be an additional charge for paying by credit card. Currency – We can accept payments in most major currencies, but we prefer payments in NZ, AU, or US Dollars (NZD, AUD, or USD). As our parts are available in different condition – new, reconditioned, or used – the item you receive may differ from stock images. To avoid confusion, we don’t display generic product photos online. However, we’re happy to send specific images upon request.
