All new parts come with a 12-month return-to-base warranty, reconditioned and used parts have a 3-month return-to-base warranty. If your item fails within the first 14 days, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping. After 14 days, our standard warranty applies.

We offer worldwide express delivery on all our products because we understand how costly and disruptive a breakdown can be. For urgent or time-critical deliveries, including Saturday options, please contact our customer service team.

Bank Transfer – To pay for your purchase using Bank/Wire Transfer, simply instruct your bank to send the full amount as shown on our Quotation or Invoice. Please ensure you send your Quotation or Invoice number with your payment. Credit or debit card payments – We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Depending on the card type and the transaction’s value, there may be an additional charge for paying by credit card. Currency – We can accept payments in most major currencies, but we prefer payments in NZ, AU, or US Dollars (NZD, AUD, or USD). Shipping typically takes 1-4 weeks depending on your location and the service level selected. Stock items usually ship within 48 hours of payment. Please note that external factors like customs or carrier delays may affect final delivery time.
