Please ensure you send your Quotation or Invoice number with your payment. Depending on the card type and the transaction’s value, there may be an additional charge for paying by credit card. Currency – We can accept payments in most major currencies, but we prefer payments in NZ, AU, or US Dollars (NZD, AUD, or USD). Payments made in other currencies may be subject to additional charges.

If your item fails during the warranty period, you’ll need to send it back to us. We’ll repair or replace it, then return it to you at no extra cost.

Yes. All items are tested and inspected before dispatch. If a fault develops during the warranty period, you can return the item for repair or replacement.
