Yes. We work with top global repair partners and offer a “No Fix, No Fee” policy. If a part cannot be fixed, only a small assement fee will apply.
Bank Transfer – To pay for your purchase using Bank/Wire Transfer, simply instruct your bank to send the full amount as shown on our Quotation or Invoice. Please ensure you send your Quotation or Invoice number with your payment. Credit or debit card payments – We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Depending on the card type and the transaction’s value, there may be an additional charge for paying by credit card. Paypal – To pay by PayPal, please make payment to the following email address: accounts@mizenautomation.com, a 5% charge will apply. Currency – We can accept payments in most major currencies, but we prefer payments in NZ, AU, or US Dollars (NZD, AUD, or USD). Payments made in other currencies may be subject to additional charges.
If the product is out of stock but expected soon, we’ll hold your order and ship it once available. If it’s discontinued and no alternative is available, we’ll issue a full refund.
As our parts are available in different condition – new, reconditioned, or used – the item you receive may differ from stock images. To avoid confusion, we don’t display generic product photos online. However, we’re happy to send specific images upon request.
