We offer worldwide express delivery on all our products because we understand how costly and disruptive a breakdown can be. For urgent or time-critical deliveries, including Saturday options, please contact our customer service team.

If your item fails during the warranty period, you’ll need to send it back to us. We’ll repair or replace it, then return it to you at no extra cost.

If the product is out of stock but expected soon, we’ll hold your order and ship it once available. If it’s discontinued and no alternative is available, we’ll issue a full refund.

Bank Transfer – To pay for your purchase using Bank/Wire Transfer, simply instruct your bank to send the full amount as shown on our Quotation or Invoice. Please ensure you send your Quotation or Invoice number with your payment. Credit or debit card payments – We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Depending on the card type and the transaction’s value, there may be an additional charge for paying by credit card. Paypal – To pay by PayPal, please make payment to the following email address: accounts@mizenautomation.com, a 5% charge will apply. Currency – We can accept payments in most major currencies, but we prefer payments in NZ, AU, or US Dollars (NZD, AUD, or USD). Payments made in other currencies may be subject to additional charges.

If an item is beyond repair we assess whether it can be safely disassembled and recycled. In some cases, we use recovered components for future refurbishments to further prevent waste and conserve resources.
