Depending on the card type and the transaction’s value, there may be an additional charge for paying by credit card. Yes. All items are tested and inspected before dispatch. If a fault develops during the warranty period, you can return the item for repair or replacement.

If an item is beyond repair we assess whether it can be safely disassembled and recycled. In some cases, we use recovered components for future refurbishments to further prevent waste and conserve resources.
