Please ensure you send your Quotation or Invoice number with your payment. Credit or debit card payments – We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Depending on the card type and the transaction’s value, there may be an additional charge for paying by credit card. Paypal – To pay by PayPal, please make payment to the following email address: [email protected], a 5% charge will apply. Currency – We can accept payments in most major currencies, but we prefer payments in NZ, AU, or US Dollars (NZD, AUD, or USD). Payments made in other currencies may be subject to additional charges.

Yes. All items are tested and inspected before dispatch. If a fault develops during the warranty period, you can return the item for repair or replacement.

All new parts come with a 12-month return-to-base warranty, reconditioned and used parts have a 3-month return-to-base warranty. If your item fails within the first 14 days, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping. After 14 days, our standard warranty applies.

All items are securely packed to meet international shipping standards. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse using trusted logistics services like FedEx, DHL, or other approved carriers.
