If your item fails during the warranty period, you’ll need to send it back to us. We’ll repair or replace it, then return it to you at no extra cost.

Please ensure you send your Quotation or Invoice number with your payment. Depending on the card type and the transaction’s value, there may be an additional charge for paying by credit card. Yes. We offer a full 12 months return-to-base warranty on all new parts and a 3 months return-to-base warranty on all reconditioned and used parts. So, if you have any problems within the specified warranty period from the date of delivery, please contact our sales team who will be happy to help and explain what you need to do next. We guarantee items are in working condition unless stated otherwise.
