Yes. We offer a full 12 months return-to-base warranty on all new parts and a 3 months return-to-base warranty on all reconditioned and used parts. We guarantee items are in working condition unless stated otherwise.

If an item is beyond repair we assess whether it can be safely disassembled and recycled. In some cases, we use recovered components for future refurbishments to further prevent waste and conserve resources.
