All new parts come with a 12-month return-to-base warranty, reconditioned and used parts have a 3-month return-to-base warranty. If your item fails within the first 14 days, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping. After 14 days, our standard warranty applies.
We repair a wide range of industrial automation hardware, including PLCs, HMIs, motor drives, power supplies, and circuit boards. Not sure if we can fix your equipment? Send us the details, and we’ll assess it for you.
If your item fails during the warranty period, you’ll need to send it back to us. We’ll repair or replace it, then return it to you at no extra cost.
After submitting a repair request form, we’ll send full shipping instructions, including the correct address and documentation needed.
If an item is beyond repair we assess whether it can be safely disassembled and recycled. In some cases, we use recovered components for future refurbishments to further prevent waste and conserve resources.
