About Klockner-Moeller
Klöckner-Moeller, originally founded in 1899 in Germany, became Klöckner-Moellerin the 1940s and later Moeller GmbH in 1999 to mark its centennial. The company specializes in industrial control and automation products, including circuit breakers, contactors, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and motor control systems. Notably, in the 1990s, the Moeller Test Laboratory in Bonn became the first German laboratory accredited for industrial low-voltage devices and systems.
In 2008, Eaton Corporation acquired the Moeller Group, further enhancing its position as a leading manufacturer of components for residential building applications, circuit protection, and industrial controls for machinery applications in Europe.
